A.I.D.A, an assistant with a team behind her

Meet Aida. She runs the office, you run the business.

Ask for what you need, by voice or by typing. Aida keeps an AI brain of how your business works, gives each job to the right specialist on her team, and checks with you before anything that matters. All on your own computer.

"Aida, what needs me today?"

Drag to turn it, pick a hub to look inside. All the names are made up.

Give her something to do.

This is Aida's own console, running a made-up bakery called Rye & Rosemary. Pick a request or type your own, then answer when she asks you something. Nothing here is connected to anything real.

An AI brain that never stops growing.

Every conversation, every decision and every piece of work adds to Aida's AI brain: notes that cluster around what they're about, link up across the whole business, and never stop growing. The more she knows, the better each answer, and it's all kept as plain files you own.

She starts almost empty: you, her, and a short profile to fill in.

A growing brain needs a browser with WebGL. The example brain at the top shows what one looks like.

  • She learns as you talk. Mention once that you like short replies and she keeps it, noting where she learned it.
  • You check what she keeps. New facts wait for a quick keep, edit or forget, least certain first.
  • She tidies it herself. Once a week she suggests merging duplicates and fixing contradictions, and changes nothing until you say which.

A whole team, under one roof.

Aida's desk is in the middle. Around her, four departments and fifteen roles to choose from. Watch the lamps: each one is someone at work, and people walk over to Aida to hand things in. Click anyone to see who they are.

What she is, in four lines.

An AI brain you own.

Everything she learns goes into her brain as a note in an ordinary folder on your computer. Open them, change them, back them up, take them elsewhere. New facts wait for your keep or forget, and every change can be put back.

Sam likes replies short and to the point: a line or two first, then the detail underneath if it's needed.

Fifteen ready-made roles, each with its own skills. Aida works out what a job really is and gives it to whoever does it best, and they work side by side. Teach anyone more, or have a new role designed for you to approve.

She asks first. You can stop anything.

Reading and updating her own notes is all she can do on her own. Searching the web, opening a file, running a program: each one stops and asks you. One button stops a person, a project or everything, and every step is written down in a record she can't edit.
